This summer I was in Norway, as I told you in my previous post.
For Dutch people Norway and other mountainous countries are very attractive . One of the main attractions is a waterfall. There were many of them in Norway.
One of the smaller falls we saw. |

Such a beautiful post. I do love Norway, spectacular scenery, friendly people and they sing so very well as well.
You should know that I ADORE waterfalls! Especially like that hint of a rainbow in one of them.
Waterfalls is a great choice for W.
I like the story you shared.
Beautiful and picturesque waterfalls. Thanks for sharing.
Norway is very beautiful - What I love most in the mountains are large (high) water falls. Interesting myth of the huldra:) Grieg is one of my favorite composers. Have a merry and blessed Christmas, Wil!
Beautiful pics as usual, Wil :)
And W for your name- Wil too :)
W for "Will" also.

The Holberg Suite is a Winning choice to accompany your Wondrously Wild Waterfalls. i am Worrisomely late to reply to your kind message that provided links to your posts about the Japanese concentration camps. I went back to read each one. It's hard not to feel as though your dreams as passed on through Martin Luther King's words are a long Way from fulfillment, but I refuse to give up hope. One peaceful message at a time is all We can do. Many thanks for the richness of thought in your blog.
Beautiful photos. I love waterfalls --I used to "collect" them via photographs, but we don't hike as much as we used to even when we are in the Northwest (not many of them here in flatland Florida of course). I enjoyed learning the myth as well!
It is always good -- and good for us -- to visit a place that is so different from home isn't it!
Oh wow! I've never heard of a huldra. What fun to learn about them. I've never been to Norway or Sweden. It's on our bucket list. Someday... someday...
I enjoyed to story of the wood nymph The photos of the waterfall
