Two benches in the Tablelands, Queensland. One forgotten, empty and covered with dead autumn leaves, the other still in use or just being a well preserved remnant of a dim and distant past.

RuneE of Visual Norway
began this informal meme on "Bench of the Week". Please visit his site for other participants. PERBS has a whole site dedicated to benches called "For the Love of Benches", which is going on for two years and every day she posts a new bench. Her friend Malyss. has shown more than 600 benches on a site called "benchesonmyway"..

I just love the bench on wheels. How clever.

That second one looks like a wagon seat grafted on to the wheels. Puzzling.

I just love benches. I'm always begging MHS to build me a nice one. By the way, I LOVE the photo in your banner.
