Weekend Reflections in Zuid- Holland

This is not far from where I live. Always nice to grab the bicycle and cycle in the surroundings.

Beautiful! I especially love the tree trunks! And your header!

Wonderful shots especially the trees.
I just love how you hop on your bicycle to tour the area. I miss biking so much but our terrain here is so steep that Lance Armstrong would be puffing.

I love your photographs. Holland seems so idyllic. Back in Feb 1970, I bussed through there from Munich to Netherlands Airport on my way to New York. Gorgeous scenery!

Maybe when David finally retires, we might be able to tour the area again!

In an area like this even I would have used a bicycle. A real sense of calm, peace and history.

The photos are just beautiful. And I love the header of tulips. I can't wait until mine bloom, then I feel it truly is Spring.

Both photos are beautiful. I really like all of the green in the bottom one and that path is very nice too.

Un lieu très paisible .
Les bords de la Vire, avec leurs écluses ressemblent un peu au paysage de la 1ère photo
Les arbres taillés sont amusants et les reflets très précis !

Just to explain Spring Break. In the states, the universities shut down for a week or so around Easter.
The students head in mass for tourist spots usually near water to totally let their hair down. The go quite wild.

I love the second photo. Everything looks so fresh and green. Hope you've been well. Ex son-in-law all moved by now, I would imagine. Sorry I haven't been around for a while, trying to catch up on all of my blog reading.
