Sunsets in our lives are like saying goodbye to friends who are leaving us for ever. Each of our sunsets is unavoidable. Let it therefore be a beautiful one! To be remembered with love.

Sky Watch is hosted by Klaus, Sandy, Ivar, Wren, Fishing Guy & Louise
Thank you so much for this great meme, it's always a pleasure to participate, and see all the other skies around the world

The skies are lovely reader wil, as is the quote. There was a lovely apricot sunset here tonight and as our kitchen window faces due West we got the full benefit of it. Best wishes.

You are so right, there are no repeat performances! We may as well enjoy what comes our way whereever and whenever it comes.

But don't forget that there will be a sunrise to-morrow with a new day with clean slates for you to write on - and then another sunset...

I feel like I was there with you when the sun went down. Nice series. I'm glad that all sunsets are ephemeral. It makes us appreciate them more. ;-)

I imagine a hill behind the houses,
with the trees on top,
waving good-bye to the sun.
Beautiful pictures and words!

Every day each of us gets two gifts: sunrise to watch and sunset to watch but how often do we actually do so. Your blog is reminding me to do so more often.P.S. Your grandkids are so adorable!
