This medieval castle is surrounded by a moat. Its building goes back as far as the 13th century. The most important still existing parts date from the 14th, 15th, and 17th centuries.In the course of time additions,embellishments, fires and wars left their marks on the appearance of the castle. Gradually it changed from a medieval stronghold into a fine mansion.
