Psalms Challenge, Psalm 2

The ruins of the mighty Roman Empire!!

Now therefore, O kings, be wise; be warned, O rulers of the earth. Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling.

Daarom, koningen, wees verstandig, wees gewaarschuwd, leiders van de aarde.
Onderwerp u, toon de HEER uw ontzag, breng hem bevend uw hulde.

But the rulers will never learn.

Oh Wil, this is perfect!

And your banner is gorgeous.

How is your daughter in Australia? Mine lives in Sydney, so no problem.

It's so interesting to see the different selections everyone is making and how they are choosing to illustrate their verse in this Psalm Challenge.

Such a powerful site, perfectly suited to the equally powerful verse you selected.

Very nicely done.

Unfortunately, most of the leaders, especially of the presumably Christian nations, think this Scripture is about the OTHER guys.

I hope your daughter is ok...I'm sure she'll be safe on the hills!
And my husband told me about the factory at Roterdam! What a disaster!!! I hope everything is fine now...

Stronger than time so it seems to be this meaningful sight. A great choice indeed for this psalm. Something that haven't been thought of by myself. Impressed !

Thanking you as well very much for being part of this challenge. Please have you all a good start into the new week. It would be great to see you soon again.

Just a perfect lesson there Wil and starkly illustrated. Like Rosey, I fear we will never learn. The mighty do not stay mighty forever.
