This is exactly what I saw last week Saturday.
Loosen your hands,
Let go and say good-bye.
Let the stars and songs go.
Let the faces and years go.
Loosen your hands and say good-bye.

Your sky watch photos always life my spirits. Thank you.
I fell for the second one with the framing of the two trees. It gave a special feeling.
Love the colors! And that crooked tree trunk really adds to the picture!!
Take care
P.S. it was a sunset on my blog...I updated the post to add it. Sorry I forgot.
Beautiful sky. I love the crooked trees in the second photo.
Great colours on the sky, and really funny shape on the trees ;)
Great color in this. The last gasp of the day.
Beautiful words, plus great shots.
The sky is wonderful in its hues and the tree branches are very cool.
Those crooked trees are amazing, especially against such colours. I love these photos!

The colors are lovely, Wil! Very nice photos.
I really like your header photo, too!
Beautiful series of photos, thanks
How beautiful, the pink and blue, with the silhouette of the trees adding drama! Wow!
Great skies you caught with your lens -high winds here today, so everything that's loose is rattling outside.
Can't keep up with your prolific blogging :) - just read the Australian song - yes, full of emotion. It's good to remember some things, but also good to forget some things.
cheers.
Gorgeous pictures, I love the colors and the silhouettes of the branches.
The color is so soft, yet vivid. I love that darker cloud in front.
I love the colour - and the second one! The two trees makes it really special!
These are great shares again Wil. Everything great.
Happy skywatching!
The two crooked trees sure make a statement about the will to survive
in whatever shape it takes.
Whoa... the colors are spectacular. I can't even describe that color.... it's so unique! So beautiful!

Mooi die kleuren! En met het silhouet van de boom op de voorgrond knap gedaan.
Le poème et la photo sont vraiment en accord!
Re comments to B & W: I beg to differ - I see no reason to leave the use of b & W to Hitchcock and other purveyors of fear and darkness. There is too much beauty in all aspects of life. The patterns, shapes and contrasts that exist often drown in the blaze of colours. The simplification that B & W can bring might show it.
That is just one aspect.
hi Wil,
Great sky , do you know why the sky is red? Someone asked me on my blog, tobe honest I do not know for sure:)
Happy weekend happy skywatch

Me again: Thank you for "the comment on comment"! I have written this also on my own blog:
I think we are much closer in what we see in the use of B & W - the differences in approach, goal and what can be expressed, but also in what cannot be expressed.
Thank your for the praise, but I'm still at the bottom of the ladder! :-)
Such a pretty pink.
gosh the colour of that sky is stunning.....great shots

"DERISOIRE "signifie:
insignifiant, infime, négligeable, petit, minime, anodin, sans importance, banal, quotidien.
Cependant, il y a une certaine ironie dans l'emploi de ce mot:
These things, these fragments don't seem important, however, they are important.
Idon't know how to translate this meaning in English.
Beautiful sky shots, thank's for sharing ;)
Lovely series of photos for SWF. I love your header photo, your three grandchildren are so cute and lovely. The cave behind them has some pictures, they must be left behind by ancient people. Very interesting.
Yuo did loosen your hans around the camera and the result is just great. Such vivid pink tones that you were blessed with. Love it.
Your skywatch photos are always so beautiful. I love the pinks in the photos, plus the two trees in the photos as well. Very lovely.
