S in Great Britain

Schotland is one of my favourite countries. When I think of Scotland I remember among other things, Stirling Castle.

Great Britain is the country I visited very often because of my study. I studied English and taught the language for more than twenty years, consequently I have to stay in an English speaking community as much as possible. Being in England you cannot miss a visit to Stratford-upon- Avon and see the house where Shakespeare was born among other houses which were important in his life. In Stratford there aremany swans. I don’t know why, but they are there.

What a thrill it would be to visit the birthplace of one of the greatest poets that ever lived. I really enjoy your slide-shows Wil!

Thank you Jan for your kind words. I won't say that my English is perfect, but nice of you to say so. But I can make myself understood. Blogging helps me a lot!
