ABC Wednesday, F, for Fog, Fermain Bay
In May 2006 my sister, her husband and I were in Guernsey for a week. We walked a lot and went to see the blue bell forest.
After having walked in this forest,
where we admired the beautiful blue bells, we reached Fermain Bay.
We found a bench and my sister, brother-in-law and I decided to treat ourselves to a delicious ice-coffee with a lot of ice-cream and whipped cream on top of the coffee.
My brother -in-law went to fetch it, but no sooner sat we down,
when there was a fog coming up from the sea.
It came so fast, that we couldn't see him coming back with the coffee.

When I started reading, I thought, FANTASTIC I love Blue Bell woods,
Spring is almost around the corner and particularly, in the beautiful
Channel Isles....
Then... along came the FOG...
So glad your Brother in law FOUND you, so that you could enjoy the
FABULOUS coffee...
Who knows what may have happened to him, had he taken a
wrong turn ? Ha ha !
He could have been on the FERRY to FRANCE!

Having lived in it for so many years I now like it from afar.
