Sky Watch, The Netherlands, Rotterdam

We  saw the S.S.Rotterdam inside and outside

The sky looked quite boring, but it didn't rain
The Grand Old Lady
On the sun deck of the S.S.Rotterdam
This ship was  once the pride of our passenger-steamers.

Welcome to Skywatch Friday where people from all over the world post great photographs of the skies in their part of the world.

Skywatch Friday starts its seventh year today.
Some of us are posting our best Skywatch post ever to celebrate the anniversary and to honor and remember Klaus the man who started this meme and who is now no longer with us.

Your Skywatch Friday hosts are Yogi, Sylvia, and Sandy.

What a great looking ship under such lovely skies and your captures are wonderful, Wil!! So many people seem to be having difficulties connecting with others and I'm not sure what the problem is. See if you can reach me through this one http://sylviafromoverthehill.blogspot.com/

A beautiful ship; it would have been so romantic to sail on her! Love the photos (and the skies too of course). I joined SWF for the first time just after Klaus died; I'm sorry I didn't get to visit his posts.

These photos are about as close to a cruise ship I'll ever get. Thanks for them.
