The Day of Execution

Whatever he says, he is guilty...
They don't mind what Judas thinks. Main thing is they have Jesus!
See, the king of the Jews!!
Oh God... Why???
So thursty...
Agony of terror.
Today is the day of execution.
An innocent man is going to die the most cruel death. His friends have left him, because they are disappointed ... They had expected that he would have changed the world for them by force and with a lot of weapons, the more the better. Nothing has changed. The world doesn't accept non violence resistance.

Many of us have probably forgotten the significance of this day. Thank you for the reminder.

Well put: the agony of terror. Nevertheless, death couldn't hold Him down! He overcame the last enemy and rose beyond the grave!

Whenever you have time click on the painting on top at my blog "Artistique"

Have a meaningful resurrection day, Wil:)

What a descriptive way to show the importance of the day. I felt the pain.

There's a hymn called Ah Holy Jesus, which contains the words "I crucified him" which always makes me weep.

Oh, but many hearts have changed, and some day He is returning in victory. Very poignant pictures.
