Weekend Reflections, Norway.

Today the lawsuit ended against Anders Breivik, the man who killed so many children last year!
He doesn't like this song, because he is against the mixture of races and a multi- cultural society.

Let's all bear in mind that like the rainbow humanity is created in many colours.

En himmel full av stjerner
Blått hav så langt du ser
En jord der blomster gror
Kan du ønske mer ?
Sammen skal vi leve
hver søster og hver bror
Små barn av regnbuen
og en frodig jord.

A heaven full of stars
Blue seas as far as you can see
A world where flowers grow
Can you ask for anything more?
We shall live together
Every sister and every brother
Small children of the rainbow
And a blossoming world.

Thank you for a beautiful and moving post, Wil! We are indeed created in many colors and it is that blending of colors that make us beautiful humans. Have a beautiful color-filled weekend!

This is so beautiful, Wil... a beautiful, but also tragic post. To think a person would kill children is too horrific to understand.

The Norwegians dealt so well this terrible ordeal

I hope he will never get out and has a hard life in prison ! Here a big "revolution" goes on because they want to let out the ex wife of Dutroux ! Michèle Martin ! What a shame she should stay forever in prison, but apparently she behaved like an angel and so she has the right to ask to be freed after 15 years! Nobody wants her of course ! and the nuns who were ready to receive her, are now in serious troubles ! the population doesn't want that woman !

A perfect post for reflection in both senses of the word.

Thank you for sharing the beautiful words which give us all hope in a world where it is sometimes easy to think there isn't much.

Beautiful photograph...this is indeed a beautiful world! There is so much evil and pain here, but so much good. The words to the song were very meaningful!
