Psalms Challenge, Psalm 31

1 In you, LORD, I have taken refuge;
let me never be put to shame;
deliver me in your righteousness.
2 Turn your ear to me,
come quickly to my rescue;
be my rock of refuge,
a strong fortress to save me.

Shalom Wil. It is good to be reminded that the psalms were meant to be sung.

When language has to end, music takes over and beyond. Thank you very much for this joy for the sense of sound and thought.

Please have a good start into the new week and please join again soon.

I read somewhere that someone said to sing is to pray twice. I think that's true!

When I was young and attended evening prayer at the Episcopal Church, I loved the responsive reading (and sometimes singing) of the psalms.
