Psalms Challenge, Psalm 18
18:
1 I love you, O Lord, my strength.
2 The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer,
my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge,
my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
3 I call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised,
and I am saved from my enemies. The verses from Psalm 18 are contributed to Robert's Psalms Challenge meme at Daily Athens. To read more psalms click on Robert

Wow, the perfect picture of strength and safety.
Well matched picture and psalm. So much comfort and feeling of security in that one.

Wonderful photo and text!
A perfect pairing!
I tried to memorize the first part of this psalm in the King James a couple of years ago, and it remains one of my favorites. It is very powerful.....I love your header photo, by the way!
What a fantastic image of this house that was built so seamlessly atop the rock like the bow of a ship. Why am I suddenly hearing the theme of Titanic in my head?
