I think the most amazing thing we saw in the Netherlands (or was it Belgium?) was the canals on top of canals like a highway. We were on a boat on a canal and we actually went over another canal. It was incredible. Or am I not remembering this correctly? Did I just dream that?

I am going to do a post on Edam cheese when I saw they label it as Dutch cheese. I don't normally eat cheese, I bought some grated cheese and saw it was Edam. My Dutch friends tells me it is the tastiest.

Great to hear from Marja again.
