Bench of the Week My daughter on a bench in New Zealand!

My Australian daughter had hired a car and drove us around the South Island of New Zealand( see previous posts). Here we had a coffee stop in the Abel Tasman National Park in the north of the South Island

The children, on another bench, were enjoying their ice creams! I had an iced coffee, which was delicious!

RuneE of Visual Norway
began this informal meme on "Bench of the Week". Please visit his site for other participants. PERBS has a whole site dedicated to benches called "For the Love of Benches", which is going on for two years and every day she posts a new bench.

BTW From the 17th October I will be in France for a week, so I shall only post a scheduled entry for ABC. Probably I won't be able to answer any comment or visit your blogs, but as soon as I have the opportunaty to start blogging again, I'll do so.

A bench were one's daughter sits will always be important, and in addition they looked lovely - both of them :-)

Une sympathique petite famille, et des bancs pratiques pour le pique-nique!

You really do travel to the best places. Those are the second set of phots from NZ I have seen this week. Such a lovely place. If it wasn't so darn far.
Have a wonderful trip to France. Will look forward to your photos on your return.
Enjoy a safe trip.

I thought I had left a comment but guess not. I know I looked at your benches.

Interesting bench daughter is sitting on. . . and the kids have benches too! Thanks for linking my blog for benches and for dropping by.

We did the same ten years ago. Sam was 3 years old. We traveled one month, the whole of New Zealand. I am glad you like NZ as well.

NZ is such a nice place to visit in a short time. You must come to North Island with your daughter and the grands.
