Good Friday is for me the day I listen to St.Matthew Passion by J.S.Bach. I have done this since I was sixteen. When I listen to this great and brilliant piece of music, I want to be by myself and I shall not answer the phone.

I too love St Matthew Passion reader wil. I shall think of you listening to it tomorrow. It is interesting that when we were children Good Friday was a day to be quiet and thoughtful, and every shop closed. Now there is no difference between Good Friday and any other day here - I really don't think that children know its significance.

as usual we in NZ celebrate Easter before anyone else. My church together with other churchees in the area visited each other. On Sunday, we have worship on top of the mountain.
