It seems to be difficult to write something on the same post as the video. My daughter in Australia had just got some new chicks and my grandson was feeding them, he was also sick and coughing. So holding the chicks comforted him a bit. This was in August. Fortunately he felt a lot better soon after this video was taken.

nice video. I don't think I could get my boys to hold the chickens at least not yet.
Cute! His eyes look tired.
I was waiting when he coughed to see the chicks scramble and they didn't.
Hope he's much better. He is a cutie!
Poor little guy. How sweet for him and them to stay on his lap like that.
How tame they are! Even when he coughed they stayed with him! This is so lovely!
I used to have chickens too and one of them I would carry every night to the hen house. What some lovely memories this gives.
Een leuk filmpje, eens iets anders dan foto's.
Cute video. I guess I was expecting to see little baby peeps, all yellow and fluffy. These are young chickens to me. But he seemed to enjoy them standing in his lap. And they certainly didn't seem to mind when he coughed, they didn't even seem to be startled. I hope his cough gets better soon.
Hope the cough is getting better reader wil.
That photograph at the top is so very restful - think it is dawn rather than sunset. I look forward to reading you every day.
Nice video. He is quite brave to hold them so close.
How cute and i love the ducks on the edge of the pool
Nice choice for CC and I love the photo at the top of your blog.
Great video clip! I'm glad to hear he is feeling better :) Thanks so much for stopping by!
Pretty cool!
Cute. Look at that face. He LOOKS like he doesn't feel good!
