A threatening sky that means thunderstorm and lightning.

That is what I would call super storm, Wil. I never saw one that dark here but we did see some clouds the other day that had tornadoes in them. I called Patty to come look and she did. But they were moving pretty fast and with her arthritis (like mine) she wasn't the swiftest greyhound in the race and when she got there most of that cloud mass was gone.

It's very threatening indeed, but fortunately the storm went the other way. I hate thunderstorm after my chimney was once struck by lightning. Arthritis is a nasty thing. We are getting old Abe.

I would have taken cover away from the windows. We have three skylights and I hate being in the room when there is a thunderstorm. I also didn't know that you should't be taking a bath or shower while it's storming. But somoene told me, you shouldn't, same with standing at the sink washing dishes, and here all this time, I've done those things. I guess I've been lucky. LOL But then perhaps just a small strike might shake up this old brain and make it think better. LOL

I'd like to be in a storm like that, but we never have storms here only drizzle... ALL the time..!

Dramatic clouds! Glad they left you alone. I always do the unplugging thing too.
